How do you choose the best marketing strategies for your organization’s needs? Bring your questions as we explore these topics and more.
Part 2 - Interregional Cooperation and Creating Critical Mass
This presentation will demonstrate the importance of interregional cooperation, showing spatial data including: maps showing commuting patterns, workforce and job location, lodging availability, distances from major metros. We will discuss creating “critical mass” by pairing our attractions with other communities, designing advertising that “packages” regional assets for visitors, and looking at some examples of communities that have done this successfully.
Part 3 - Creating and Sustaining an Effective Volunteer Program
This program will look at the many aspects of managing in-house volunteers and eVolunteers.
