Friends of Missouri Humanities –
Young Professionals Group
The Missouri Humanites ‘Friends of Missouri Humanites’ group seeks to establish members who are young professionals in St. Louis, Columbia, Springfield, and Kansas City. Each city has a designated FOMH chapter, who’s focus will remain locally based while simultaneously supporting the entire state of Missouri.
Chapters consist of 10 to 15 members within each city who are age 21 to 40. Chapter members will serve a one-year term as part of the FOMH group, and can stay on for no more than two consecutive years.
Members are required to attend two meetings per month; one for their Chapter, and one for their designated area of interest (development, special events, or stewardship). These meetings may be held in person or online. Members will have additional responsibilities based on their designated area of interest, per city chapter.
