Sachs Museum Performance Series: “Appropriation: The Spanish Guitar, Maize and The New World” by Patrick Rafferty

Patrick Rafferty will present a program of Spanish guitar music featuring the Renaissance and Baroque guitar. The presentation will feature works by Gaspar Sanz, Santiago de Murcia, and other icons of the early guitar. Attendees will hear period instruments and the music written for them.

Performances take place at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Performance duration: 30-45 minutes. Seating is first come, first served.
