Our Simon Day annual lecture is held in memory of historian and U.S. Grant scholar John Y. Simon. This year’s guest lecturer will be Louis L. Picone,
discussing his book Grant’s Tomb: The Epic Death of Ulysses S. Grant and the Making of an American Pantheon. Books will available in the park’s bookstore and for author signing. Reservations are required to attend this program. Call (314) 842-1867 ext. 230 to make reservations.
