Join Missouri Humanities for a FREE virtual event on Thursday, October 24, at 6:30 pm Central Time, celebrating Missouri’s 2024 Great Reads from Great Places authors! Registration is required.

Maria Vasquez Boyd, producer/host of Artspeak Radio, will moderate a lively conversation with award-winning authors Pedro Martín (Mexikid: A Graphic Memoir) and Desideria Mesa (Bindle Punk Bruja). Discover their connections to Missouri, behind-the-scenes insights into their works, and how their Hispanic heritage has shaped their storytelling.
