Missouri Humanities strives to implement and support initiatives that highlight Native stories and voices.
It’s GFPA’s 6th year. Come watch professional artists from all over the country compete for daily prizes as they paint in various locations in and around Hermann, Owensville and Rosebud. Plein Air is the 19th-century style of painting outdoors, or with a strong sense of the open air, that became a central feature of French impressionism “The French Style of En Plein Air Landscape Painting.” The final day awards and sale will be held Saturday, October 19th at Lions Club at 1816 Krausetown Rd, Owensville, MO 65066.
