5th Annual St. Louis Shakespeare Festival in Hermann Mo

Join us as we host TourCo at Hermann Farm for our 5th Annual St. Louis Shakespeare Festival on Saturday, August 23, 2025.. A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Shakespeare’s beloved comedy full of love, magic, and mischief. This vibrant, music-filled production—first performed in 2022—is directed by Tre’von Griffith and features an all-Black cast and creative team. Set in an enchanted forest, the play follows young lovers, mischievous fairies, and a troupe of amateur actors in a tale about love and self-discovery, reimagined with an Afro-futurist twist.

The show will take place on the back lawn of Hermann Farm Distillery. Admission is FREE, and the gates open at 5:00 p.m. with the performance starting at 6:30 p.m. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs. Food, wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. No outside food or alcohol permitted.
